Hi,I'm Amanda! 

Thank you so much for being here! I started KC Snack Co. in the fall of 2024 right before the Holiday season. A few months prior to the start of the business we lost my mother in law, Christie, to cancer. I wanted to do something special for the celebration of life, so I worked with other family members, and we put together a 20-foot graze table for the guests to enjoy. The response was unbelievable! When I realized how much I enjoyed putting it together and saw how much everyone loved it I thought there was something more to be done.

I started researching and decided if I was going to try to turn this into a business the holiday season would be the best time to go for it. Thanksgiving was my first holiday and I was pleased to put together 3 Charcuterie boards. Christmas came next and I received 6 orders. After Christmas I imagined I would not be busy unless there was another holiday but that wasn’t the case at all! Orders steadily continued to come in after the New Year and the rest is history!

I am a stay at home mom of 4 and value the ability to run a business while still keeping them my first priority. My husband and I have been married for 15 years. He is also a business owner and plays the role of my business partner and professional grocery shopper for KC Snack Co.! We enjoy working as a team to make sure orders are filled, and our valued customers are beyond satisfied with their experience. 

I've come to realize that God has given me a deep passion for curating beautiful and delicious food for people to savor during life's most precious moments. And I am thrilled to share it with all of you!
